How it works

From your first sign-in to the receipt, here is what happens.

Before you charge

Get set up once.

Create your account

Enter your e-mail and type the 6-digit code you receive. The code is valid for 5 minutes. Your Pass is created at once.

Add your vehicle

Add it in the app, so your charges and receipts are easy to follow.

Top up your wallet

A charge starts only if your balance is enough. The app tells you when you need to top up.

At the charger

Start the charge.

With the app

Plug in, then scan the QR code on the connector. Check the price, choose your vehicle and, if you like, an amount to stop at. Then start.

With a cashier

At sites with staff on duty, the cashier can start and stop the charge for you and take payment at the desk.

During and after

Stay informed to the end.

Follow it live

See the energy delivered and the cost so far, and stop when you choose.

Get your receipt

When the session ends, the receipt is in your history as a PDF. Where a tax invoice applies, it is there too.

Tell us how it went

Rate the session, or report a problem if something went wrong.

Charging basics

Three things worth knowing.

kWh is the energy

A kilowatt-hour is the amount of energy put into your battery. It is what you pay for on a per-kWh tariff.

kW is the speed

Kilowatts tell you how fast energy flows. Your car and the charger together set the real speed, and it often slows as the battery fills.

The connector must fit

Each connector has a type. The app shows it before you start, so check it matches your vehicle.

Good habits

At the station.

  • Unplug and move your car when charging ends: some tariffs charge a fee after a grace period.
  • Do not use a charger or cable that looks damaged. Report it from the app.
  • Follow the instructions on the charger and from the staff on site.

See it for yourself.

Open the app and look around. An e-mail code is all you need.
