For fleets

Charging for electric fleets and companies

For companies that run electric cars, taxis or other electric vehicles in Burundi: what works today, and what we are preparing.

Today

What a company can do now.

Several vehicles

Add your vehicles to an account and choose one when you start a charge.

A limit on each charge

Set an amount before you start, and the charge stops there.

Receipts and invoices

A PDF receipt for every charge and, where one applies, a tax invoice.

A clear statement

Download the wallet statement as PDF or Excel for your accounts.

Cash or bank

Top up in cash at a desk, or by bank transfer declared in the app.

Every session on file

See the energy, the cost and the receipt of each charge in the history.

Being prepared

Fleet accounts are not open yet.

We are preparing company accounts for managing vehicles, cards, limits and top-ups in one place. They are not available to the public yet. Tell us how many vehicles you run, and we will talk through what fits.

The Movanect platform links the driver, the charger, the desk, the back office and the reports

FAQ

Questions from companies.

Can a company get a fleet account today?

Not yet. Fleet accounts are being prepared. Write to us and tell us about your vehicles.

Can I get invoices for our charges?

Each session has a PDF receipt. Where a tax invoice applies, it is in the history too.

Can we install chargers at our depot?

Tell us about your site. Chargers connect to Movanect over OCPP 1.6, so ask us about your model.

Running electric vehicles?

Tell us about them.
